Dr. Rocco Arena
Principal Dentist / Director
Dr Rocco Arena attended the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1994. For 30 years, he’s been crafting custom care plans for patients of all walks of life in the community.

From an early age, Dr Rocco Arena was fascinated by the positive impact dentistry could have on both a person’s smile and their overall health. This passion inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry, where he has spent decades helping patients improve their oral health and confidence.
Committed to providing the highest standard of care, Dr Rocco Arena regularly undertakes continuing education courses to stay up to date with the latest techniques, technologies, and advancements in modern dentistry, ensuring his patients benefit from the best possible treatment options.
Outside of the practice, Dr Rocco Arena enjoys spending time with his young and busy family and pursuing his love of music, he is also a keen guitarist!
Dr Rocco Arena is available Monday to Thursday and alternate Fridays.
Dr. Samuel Mang
General Dentist
Dr Sam Mang attended the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
Dr Sam is passionate about all areas of general dentistry, with a particular interest in oral surgery and helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout every stage of their dental journey.
He believes dentistry is about far more than treating teeth, it’s about understanding people, building trust, and empowering patients to take control of their oral health in a positive and approachable environment.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Dr Sam is continually expanding his skills and knowledge, with a long-term goal of giving back to the profession and supporting future generations of dentists, just as his own mentors have supported him.
Outside of the clinic, Dr Sam enjoys a variety of creative hobbies, including origami, singing, reading (particularly non-fiction), and discovering great restaurants. He may even surprise you by speaking Spanish!
Dr Sam is available Tuesdays and alternate Fridays.
Corrinna Galpin
Oral Health Therapist
With nearly 20 years of experience in dentistry, Corrinna is a highly skilled Oral Health Therapist who joined Arena Dental in 2025. She is passionate about preventive oral health, gum care, and minimally invasive dental treatment.
Corrinna holds a Bachelor of Oral Health and has extensive training in periodontal therapy, disease prevention, and patient education. She has also held leadership roles, including Oral Health Team Leader, where she oversaw hygiene services, mentored staff, and supported multidisciplinary dental teams.
Corrinna offers dental check-ups for children and adolescents, professional cleans, fillings, teeth whitening, fissure sealants, and fluoride treatments, working closely with our dentists to care for patients of all ages.
Known for her warm, gentle, and patient-focused approach, Corrinna is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident while achieving healthy smiles for life.
Corrinna is available Monday to Thursday and alternate Fridays.
Abbey Stirna
Practice Manager
Abbey has been a valued member of the Arena Dental team since 2018 and has played an integral role in the practice for over seven years.
After completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting, Abbey spent over three years working chairside alongside Dr Rocco Arena, where she developed a strong passion for patient care, clinical excellence, and the day-to-day operations of dentistry.
In 2022, Abbey transitioned into the role of Practice Manager and now oversees the daily operations of the practice. Her role includes coordinating appointments and schedules, managing patient communications, supporting the entire team, overseeing administration, and helping ensure the clinic runs efficiently each day.
With experience across both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry, Abbey understands the importance of creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. She is passionate about building strong relationships with patients and takes pride in contributing to the friendly, community-focused culture at Arena Dental.
Mahya
Clinical Coordinator
Mahya joined the Arena Dental team in 2023 as a trainee Dental Assistant and has quickly become an essential part of the practice. With her warm and welcoming presence at reception, along with her calm and caring approach chairside, Mahya helps ensure every patient feels comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
After completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting, Mahya developed strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
Whether she is assisting chairside, supporting patients at reception, or helping behind the scenes, she consistently brings a positive and professional attitude to everything she does.
In 2026, Mahya began studying Radiography at TAFE SA to further expand her skills and knowledge within the dental industry. Her dedication to continued learning and passion for dentistry make her a highly valued member of the Arena Dental team.
Isabella
Dental Assistant
IIsabella joined the Arena Dental team in 2025 and has quickly become a very valued member of our practice.
Holding a Certificate III in Dental Assisting, Isabella supports our clinicians both chairside and behind the scenes, assisting with procedures, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining infection control standards, and helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly each day. She enjoys working closely with patients and takes pride in helping them feel relaxed and supported throughout their appointments.
Isabella is currently studying dental radiography, continuing to further develop her skills and knowledge within the dental industry.
Her caring attitude, professionalism, and genuine compassion make her a trusted and highly appreciated member of the Arena Dental family.
