Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.
Please note that reminder messages are sent as a courtesy. We encourage you to make a personal note of your appointment, as we cannot guarantee delivery of these reminders.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee that varies based on the length of the scheduled appointment and the number of previous late cancellations.
For example:
- First late cancellation: Reduced fee may apply
- Repeated late cancellations: Full or increased fee may apply
Failure to Attend (No-Show)
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows will be subject to a fee that varies based on the length of the scheduled appointment and the number of previous late cancellations.
- Repeat no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or require prepayment for services.
